Can I stop and start my subscription access?

Yes, You can use the service and cancel and restart at anytime. You must contact us by email at [email protected] to Cancel. Or use this link to cancel your subsription

OK, I’ve signed up. What happens now?

We will send you a login details by the email you provided us with within 24 hours.

When you entered your payment details you were automatically set up with a secure payment account via Swipe, our payment partner. You’ll receive an email from swipe confirming your account details.

N.B. This email should be kept in a safe place as it contains confirmation of your subscription and important details including:

Time created (GMT): The date and time you originally signed up to the Hallmark Leadership / She Can Magazine Course Membership.

Date of first payment: Payment for your subscription will be taken seven days after you were sent your access details. This will renew automatically on the same day subsequent months thereafter. You must contact us via the cancellation link here  or email us at [email protected]

Interval between payments: This section shows the length of subscription chosen.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be cancelled from the next scheduled payment date. An example, of this is if your subscription renew on the 11th of each month, and you cancel your subscription on 5th, your cancellation will take affect six days later on the 11th. You will continue to have access to your courses until the 11th.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On the following screen, hit the ‘View Details’ icon to access your account. You’ll now see a page showing your current transaction details. Scroll down this page and you’ll see a ‘Cancel’ option. Click on this to immediately stop your subscription. You’ll then automatically be sent out a confirmation email for your records.

Can I have a receipt?

You’ll automatically receive a digital receipt each and every time a payment is taken. If you require an invoice, please send an email to [email protected] with a copy of your digital receipt.

Is buying with Hallmark Leadership secure?

Hallmark Leadership subscriptions can be purchased safely and quickly online with a credit or debit card via Swipe secure servers. Several procedures are adopted to protect your online transactions.

What’s your refund policy?

You must first cancel your subscription by visiting the following link or email us at [email protected]. Your subscription and access to courses will continue until the date of the next scheduled payment. Your subscription will be cancelled on the day
